Anti Spam Policy
This Anti spam policy is applicable to all AIRY9 Services that may be applied for transmission of commercial emails or bulk emails ("Covered Services").
You need to agree with AIRY9 Anti-Spam Policy before subscribing to various Covered Services.
Covered Services may be utilized only for the only purpose of sending messages or emails to persons from whom you got permission to send emails or messages for granted email marketing and sales promotional emails, etc. We implement Anti-Spam Policy seriously for our service. If we come to know that you are sending messages or emails to some people without their consent, we need to cease your user account.
By "consent" we mean state and demonstrable permission approved to you. Consent to send commercial emails or bulk emails may be through:
Inspire for placing of email id as part of downloading anything from a website or ordering a service or product from you.
Someone may be interested in subscription to an e-newsletter by filling a registration form on your website.
Someone has given you with the email id as part of participation in any event, competition, or survey conducted by you and you have intimated him/her that you would be distributing them marketing emails.
The person finishing a form can click on an opt-in checkbox to show his interest in receiving your all email. Generally, the checkbox is unchecked and by checking you have informed such person that the nature of the emails will be commercial.
Any business card can be given by a person who has clearly stated his/her interest to receive commercial emails of a commercial nature. This request or interest will be presumed after dropping the business card in your tradeshow booth.
The rule of significant thumb is "Do not send emails or messages through Covered Services to restricted or denied email ids." We persist on 100% compliance with the above rule.
When we state 100%, it means we never include those conditions where the receiver of an email has manifested it as Spam even though you have a valid approval to send emails to that email ids.
Particularly, you shall firmly comply with the following rules that clarify the Rule of Thumb written above:
You must have precise permission to communicate the receiver on the subject of your email. You shall preserve enough proof of the fact that you have got approval from all receivers of emails sent by you under Covered Services.
You shall not import or send emails to email ids that you have purchased, rented, loaned, or obtained from a third party, without any permission, at the time of using Covered Services. The marketing emails through your Covered Services shouldn't be sent to the email ids that are collected from other websites.
You shall not put subject lines that misinform the receiver about the subject matter or contents of the message.
You shall check that the steering and header information including "From" and "To," the domain name and email ids are correct.
You shall accommodate a one-click unsubscribe link or option in all emails and stopped from firing emails to the un-subscribed or opted-out persons from your mailing list.
Apply for opting-out from the mailing list should be privileged within 10 days from the date of application.
You shall place a remarkable note in all marketing emails that it is an advertisement or promotional or solicitation and that the receiver can opt-out of getting more commercial emails from your email id.
You shall mention your correct physical postal address in all email messages sent by Covered Services.
We may need any time to confirm that you have proper approval to send emails to email ids, which you have imported only to your Covered Services and if we found you sending any marketing emails to restricted email ids, your account may be terminated.
One you started use of AIRY9 Covered Services indicates your unconditional acceptance of our Anti-Spam Policy.
