Inside sales executive

Our mission is to improve people-centric practices and performance in SMEs (Small and Medium enterprises) through our cloud solution,The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, customer referral & partner engagement. Engage qualified leads – fix product demonstrations, determine / create opportunities and either take them to closure or hand-off to filed sales team.

Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales online or by phone.

Utilizes email campaigns, inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales

Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling, mailers, internet search like- linkedin, Fundoo, Indiamart etc.

Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations and accounting Outsourcing agencies for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company product.

Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets Discuss and convey the advantages of the product & solution offering

Meet and exceed all monthly and annual sales quotas.

Qualify and answer questions regarding the Product, solution and services

Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM Develop a database of prospective client companies in Specified location & across various sectors. (Hindi Speaking is must )

Educational Qualifications: BBA, BBM, BCA, Bcom, BSc, BE or any graduate with relevant job experience

Essential selling skills and prospecting skills

A proven hunter and closer

Excellent Written and Oral Communication (English and Hindi)

Interactive one-to-one marketing or sales background, particularly in the SaaS space

Telephone Etiquette Pitching and Positioning a product

Closing skills Primary and secondary research Objection

Handling (negotiation) Knowledge of the Cloud platform, products, and services are a plus

AVP SaaS Sales

Sell SaaS products by implementing the sales plan, build the sales team and enter new markets (India/China/US/EU) and target segments.

Build and optimise a SaaS sales model for a proven market product.

An established platform to grow your sales unit, globally.

Continuous learning on methods, technology and innovation in the publishing space.

Establish sales objectives by developing and implementing the annual sales plan

Implement marketing strategies in conjunction with the Management

Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training executives.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks; participating in conferences

Strong sales background 4-6 years (no pre-sales, no inside-sales: direct sales)

2+ years experience working in the Cloud/SaaS industry

Proficient with ERP systems

Proficient with web-based demo software and tools

“Hunter” mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly

Java Developer

Analyze requirements and formulate an appropriate technical solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements. Work on business user’s queries, analyze existing system to find out root cause of the problem and Implement/provide solution to the problem.Ensures team and associated applications adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines.Establishes, maintains, and prevents private or highly sensitive information from being accessed inappropriately./p>

Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Competent to work under supervision on simpler applications coding from documented logic.Limited systems analysis responsibility. Limited knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Responsible for specific assigned programs.
